Small Group Training
These sessions are designed for players in need of more attention of proper skill development. Group training is also designed for those players wanting to improve and gain more advanced skills in preparation for the next level. Sessions last for 1 hour and 15 minutes and are 8 weeks long. Students do not have to be members of PREP Sports Academy to sign up.
Coach Juan O'Brien - Ball Handling, Explosive Attack Moves, Confidence building.
Coach Derek Hersha - Post Moves, Strength, Condition, Leadership.
Coach Juan O'Brien - Shooting, Footwork, Defensive prowess, Character building.

Individual Training
These sessions are designed for players in need of more attention of proper skill development. Individual training is also designed for those players wanting to improve and gain more advanced skills in preparation for the next level. Sessions last for 1 hour. Students do not have to be members of PREP Sports Academy to sign up.
